Pigment response
Why Eyebrow Pigment May Change Colour
Permanent makeup often contains several colour components. As dark pigment reduces, red, orange, pink or yellow may become more visible. Some cosmetic pigments can also darken after laser exposure. A patch test and a review of the healed response help us plan the next stage; complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Dark Pigment
Black, grey and dark brown may respond differently from the warmer components underneath.
Warm or Pale Pigment
Red and orange may need a different approach; yellow, white and some pale pigment can be more difficult to clear.
Skin and Treatment History
Skin type, top-ups, prior laser or saline work and existing texture all inform the treatment plan.

Individual Treatment Session
Both eyebrows can be treated during the same appointment where suitable. Consultation and patch testing are required before the first full treatment.
£120per session
A £20 consultation deposit is deducted from the first treatment. The number of sessions varies with pigment colour, depth, density, prior work, skin response and whether the goal is fading or fuller removal.

Can laser remove eyebrow tattoos?
Laser can fade or remove suitable eyebrow tattoo pigment. Results vary, and some colours or pigment mixtures can be difficult to clear. We assess suitability with a consultation and patch test.
Can you remove microblading?
We assess microblading, powder brows and other permanent makeup. The plan depends on the pigment, skin and your goal.
Can pigment change colour or darken?
Yes. Red, orange or yellow tones may become visible as darker components fade, and some cosmetic pigments can darken after laser exposure. Patch testing helps inform the plan, but cannot guarantee the response of every area.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on colour, depth, density, top-ups, previous work, skin response and whether you want fading or fuller removal. We cannot promise a set number before assessing the pigment.
Will treatment remove my natural eyebrow hair?
Tattoo removal treatment is intended for pigment rather than hair follicles. Temporary whitening, lightening or singeing of brow hair may occur, so we explain the risks during consultation.
Can you remove only part of an eyebrow tattoo?
Selective fading may be possible, but the size, placement and pigment response limit how precisely an area can be changed. We assess the proposed new shape before treatment.
When can I have new permanent makeup?
Wait until the treated skin has healed fully and remaining pigment has settled. We can review the brows before you plan new work.
How much does eyebrow tattoo removal cost?
Treatment is £120 per session, covering both eyebrows where suitable. The £20 consultation deposit is deducted from the first treatment.
