Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Other Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Pulsar Laser Studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent for treatments. A consultation and patch test may be required to determine suitability.

3. Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications that could affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe.

4. Pre-Treatment Requirements

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds before treatment.

  • Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (for hair removal).

  • Do not apply lotions, perfumes, or deodorants on the day of treatment to the treatment area.

5. Post-Treatment Care

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF to treated areas.

  • No hot showers, saunas, or intense exercise for at least 24 hours.

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your technician.

  • Sunbed use is not recommended.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

7. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once performed. If you experience any adverse reactions, please contact us for evaluation and support.

8. Liability Waiver

By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge that results vary from person to person. Pulsar Laser Studio is not responsible for unforeseen reactions or dissatisfaction with the outcome.

9. Happy 4 Hours Friday – Fair Use Policy

Our monthly "Happy 4 Hours Friday" promotion offers 50% off treatments during the specified hours.

  • Clients may not book this discounted offer two months in a row to ensure fair access for all.

  • The promotion applies only to treatments booked and completed during the advertised time slot.

  • Limited availability — bookings are first come, first served.

10. Membership Terms

Our Silver, Gold, and Excellence Memberships:

  • Require a minimum commitment of 6 months.

  • Cannot be paused or refunded unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

11. Marketing Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers via SMS, email, or phone.

  • You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages.

  • We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Modifications to Terms

Pulsar Laser Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.

13. Discounts, NHS Offers & Membership Conditions

  • A 10% discount is available to NHS staff on full-priced treatments. A valid NHS ID must be shown at the time of booking or appointment. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or memberships. Pulsar Laser Studio reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

  • Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied to appointments booked under a membership plan or combined with any other discounts.

  • Membership treatments must be used within the month they are allocated. Unused treatments cannot be rolled over, exchanged for other services, or transferred to another client.
